Bettina joined Commerzbank in 2013 and was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2020.

Bettina holds a Masters in Intercultural Communication and European Studies as well as a Bachelors in Language, Literature and Culture from the Universities of Gießen and Fulda. She is also a member of the Sustainable Finance Advisory Committee of Germany.

Marcella became CVP Corporate Sustainability at real estate giant CBRE in 2022 having taken on her first sustainability role as Assistant Recycling Coordinator at Emory University in 1997. At CBRE she is responsible for financial-grade greenhouse gas emissions inventory, execution of the company’ s Climate Transition Strategy and sustainability reporting.
