With

a marketing consultant as a father, Sarika grew up immersed in marketing conversations, but her career began in engineering. Trusting her instincts, she pivoted to marketing, excelling in sales and corporate leadership. Now, with Capgemini, she champions sustainability, inclusion and structured change, blending business acumen with social impact.

Ann joined the American Red Cross in 2005 as a responder to Hurricane Katrina. She has been a contributor to major Red Cross change initiatives, including the establishment of its first ESG office.

In her role, Ann is responsible for leading programmes that include digital accessibility, Latino engagement and Red Cross sustainability programmes.
