Kristin has worked for a range of companies including Gap Inc., Hasbro and Mars. In 2018 she took on the role of Head of Resource Circularity at the World Economic Forum before joining Diageo.

As Global Head of Sustainability, she leads the team on the delivery of Diageo’ s sustainability strategy Grain to Glass.

Yanina’ s rise to prominence in the world of sustainability has been meteoric. Armed with a PhD in environmental science from Harvard and a specialism in air pollution, she has all the tools necessary to leave a positive mark on the corporate world.“ I love learning,” she says,“ and I’ m not afraid of failing. It’ s the only way to grow.”
