Kristin has worked for a range of companies including Gap Inc ., Hasbro and Mars . In 2018 she took on the role of Head of Resource Circularity at the World Economic Forum before joining Diageo .

As Global Head of Sustainability , she leads the team on the delivery of Diageo ’ s sustainability strategy Grain to Glass .

Yanina ’ s rise to prominence in the world of sustainability has been meteoric . Armed with a PhD in environmental science from Harvard and a specialism in air pollution , she has all the tools necessary to leave a positive mark on the corporate world . “ I love learning ,” she says , “ and I ’ m not afraid of failing . It ’ s the only way to grow .”
