With nearly three decades of experience in corporate citizenship and sustainability matters, Jennifer was named AIG’ s first Chief Sustainability Officer in 2019. In this role, she is responsible for leading the management and implementation of the company’ s global sustainability strategy. Prior to AIG, she spent a decade in citizenship roles at State Street Corporation.

Shimei

came into the working world with a Ph. D. in Physical Chemistry and a career with some of the world’ s leading cosmetic goods providers quickly followed. She began at Unilever, where she stayed for more than two decades. After leaving, she had stints at Johnson & Johnson and Beiersdorf before joining Coty in early 2022.
