With nearly three decades of experience in corporate citizenship and sustainability matters , Jennifer was named AIG ’ s first Chief Sustainability Officer in 2019 . In this role , she is responsible for leading the management and implementation of the company ’ s global sustainability strategy . Prior to AIG , she spent a decade in citizenship roles at State Street Corporation .

Shimei

came into the working world with a Ph . D . in Physical Chemistry and a career with some of the world ’ s leading cosmetic goods providers quickly followed . She began at Unilever , where she stayed for more than two decades . After leaving , she had stints at Johnson & Johnson and Beiersdorf before joining Coty in early 2022 .
