Meigan

started her career in communications , spending almost a decade at BlackBerry . It was not until 2017 that sustainability became a part of her job , when ScotiaBank appointed her to oversee its global communications and social impact . Since then , Meigan has risen to CSO , where a passion for communication remains a central part of her role .

Meaghan

has spent a large part of her career in US politics , working at the Treasury , the Office of Management and Budget , and as Barack Obama ’ s Deputy Assistant between 2012 and 2013 . She left politics in 2016 to join BlackRock , where she flourished in the field of sustainable investing – something she continues to do at BNY .
