began her career working for the US Information Agency in 1985, during which time she contributed to diplomatic efforts to end apartheid in South Africa. In 1993, she was selected by the UN to travel there in a professional capacity to monitor the country’ s first democratic all-race election. In 2025, she begins a new adventure, as CSO of ADM.

Early

in her career, Jaycee spent three years working in the White House as an assistant to the Clintons. After her time in the US capital, she moved into the corporate world with a focus on big picture sustainability subjects like global citizenship, international relations and climate-related disclosures.
