leads Virgin Media O2 ’ s ESG strategy , the Better Connection Plan . This initiative aims to lessen the company ’ s environmental impact while harnessing its network to combat data poverty for the most vulnerable . Dana joined Virgin Media O2 in 2022 , bringing experience from roles at firms including Vodafone and Visa .

Cheryl ’ s career has been split between Citi and S & P Global , where she now leads the S & P Global Foundation as Senior Director , Social Sustainability . Alongside her role at S & P Global , Cheryl is an Advisory Committee Member to the National Youth Council Singapore and Singapore Institute of International Affairs .
