, a qualified environmental lawyer , serves as SVP , Chief Environment and Sustainability Officer at Berkshire Hathaway Energy . She began her career with the company ’ s subsidiary MidAmerican Energy in 2008 , advancing to her current position in 2024 . Jenny obtained her MEM in Environmental Policy and Law from Yale University in 2008 .
