2021, Marieke has guided ASML’ s ESG sustainability programme, weaving practices into the company’ s fabric. Starting as Legal Counsel in 2013 after her career as a solicitor, she moved into strategy roles. Marieke aims to fully incorporate ESG into ASML’ s primary business strategy.

Jenny

, a qualified environmental lawyer, serves as SVP, Chief Environment and Sustainability Officer at Berkshire Hathaway Energy. She began her career with the company’ s subsidiary MidAmerican Energy in 2008, advancing to her current position in 2024. Jenny obtained her MEM in Environmental Policy and Law from Yale University in 2008.
