2008 , Aileen has guided Singtel ’ s sustainability programme , helping the firm win industry awards for ESG leadership . The company structures its sustainability approach across the business and throughout its global operations around four essential pillars : climate action , future-ofwork programmes , community impact and value creation efforts .
