is Chief Sustainability Officer and Group Investor Relations Director and also serves as Secretary for Prysmian’ s Sustainability Committee Board. Since 2021, she has been executing the company’ s ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with sciencebased targets across various business operations and key initiatives.

Rachael

began her career at Rolls-Royce as a graduate in 2012 and progressed to become Head of Sustainability in 2019. She now spearheads the company’ s decarbonisation strategy. Rachael holds an MA in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews, supporting her leadership role.
