is Chief Sustainability Officer and Group Investor Relations Director and also serves as Secretary for Prysmian ’ s Sustainability Committee Board . Since 2021 , she has been executing the company ’ s ESG strategy , ensuring alignment with sciencebased targets across various business operations and key initiatives .

Rachael

began her career at Rolls-Royce as a graduate in 2012 and progressed to become Head of Sustainability in 2019 . She now spearheads the company ’ s decarbonisation strategy . Rachael holds an MA in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews , supporting her leadership role .
