Her role involves guiding Telstra’ s environmental initiatives and fostering sustainable practices across the organisation.

Melissa

joined Abbott in 1996 and became Chief Marketing and Communications Officer in 2018. She oversees the company’ s sustainability initiatives and leads its philanthropic foundation, the Abbott Fund. In November 2024, she was appointed Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and External Affairs. Her role encompasses corporate marketing, communications and citizenship responsibilities.
